If for any reason, you decide to return non-faulty goods from Nikken, the product must be in resalable condition, in original secure and protective packaging.
The product must be returned within one month of the original purchase date.
Products for return or exchange must be sent with freight and insurance prepaid by the Customer.
If a Customer has a faulty Nikken product during the statutory warranty period, they should return that product to the seller who will contact Nikken to arrange for a replacement product to be sent. The warranty applies only in the countries of the European Market Unit in which Nikken is currently licensed and established. The statutory rights of consumers are not affected by this.
