What is Wingwave Coaching?

My Wingwave coaching for better sleep  is a scientifically developed technique which was founded by a group of German psychologists. A technique that is rapid, gentle and transformative.

I remove unconscious blocks that are stuck and hold you back from living your best life. Blocks from long forgotten trauma perhaps occurring in childhood from someone shouting at you or belittling you. Something in my past from 56 years ago, had been holding me back from public speaking. At the time, aged 7, I thought nothing of it, yet the embarrassment of the incident in school had plagued me all my life!

Widely used in corporate settings by top companies to enhance employee productivity, increase self esteem and stop procrastination. You can see how it can also help in your personal life to say good bye to panic attacks, stress and negative thinking.

Sleep cycles consist  of 3 NREM (non rapid eye movement) phases followed by 1 REM phase. During REM, we process the emotions and events of the day. Increasing levels of sleep disruption and lack of REM(rapid eye movement stage) stage is leading to unprecedented levels of anxiety and mental health issues.

Wingwave coaching uses wide awake rapid eye movement (REM) to process the stuck emotions that otherwise go round and round in our brains like unsent emails causing anxiety and stress.

Here is a short explanatory video about the technique.

The technique involves muscle testing using the thumb and first or second finger, (whichever is strongest) held firmly together. We use this muscle test as a simple compass to the body to navigate to the point of stress. A true statement allows the pressure to stay strong. A false or stress trigger statement causes the muscle testing to open with no resistance. It also involves EMDR

EMDR uses rapid left to right eye movement at 3 levels which allows your memory of a stressful event to diminish rapidly so that you can face things with a new perspective and move forward in life.

2021 brought its challenges for all of us and not being able to do my hands on therapies, I needed another route to help my clients so I retrained in Wingwave coaching which can be used online or in person and suited the situation last year really well.

After an in depth consultation, we work together to identify the underlying cause using the unconscious mind to reply.
